Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Charting sign and symptoms
- Medication administration
- Suctioning and wound care
- Feeding tube monitoring and maintenance
- Finger sticks to monitor blood sugar
- Maintains integrity of Foley catheters
- Administers first aid (certified), CPR
- Monitors and assists with patient care
- Supervises CNA's
Certified Nursing Aid (CNA)
- Assists with grooming and hygiene
- Monitors vital signs and medication
- Assists with proper body movement and daily exercise
- Assists with getting to appointments
- Provides security to assure safety and well being
- Secures the right help in emergencies
- Prepares meals
- Performs the day-to-day client cleaning and laundry
- Provides home health aid
Patient Care Technician (PCT)
- Assists with grooming and hygiene
- Prepares meals
- Performs light housekeeping duties
- Serves meals, feeds clients if necessary
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Supervises and coordinates work of CNA's and LPN's
- Medical oversight, supervision and monitoring of all client care
- In-service training for medication administration for family, client representatives
- Reviews care plans with agency caregiver
